I currently have three crochet items I'm working on.
#1 is a lapghan for a door prize at a Mother's Day brunch at my church.
I have 26 more brown and white squares to make (there will be 36 of each), and of course then I have to block them and attach them somehow. I'm thinking of using the flat braid joining method because I can't stand whipstitching. The video link is here, but since my computer won't play the video, I found the written directions with pictures at http://priscillascrochet.net/freepatterns.html.
The yarn I'm using is Red Heart Super Saver in Rose Pink (discontinued), Buff, and Soft White. Sorry, I don't remember the book title I got this pattern out of, but it is very simple.
Thanks for reading!
Blessings :-)
Lovely squares Kate can't wait to see it when it's finished :)
ReplyDeleteThanks, Linda. I have to have it finished by May 5, so you'll be seeing the finished product soon.
