Two on Tuesday

Two Things I'm Grateful For:

1. My Daily Devotions. There's a lot going on in our house right now including some upcoming big changes. I can't go into detail now, but I've been spending a lot of time in God's Word. It's been giving me a peaceful spirit about everything.
2. Yarn Sales at Joanns. I needed to pick up some ruffle yarn in team colors for a 4H fundraiser. I was happy to find it at 25% off :-)

Two Patterns I Think Are Neat:

1. Flower Power Valance
Yes, it's fall, not exactly the season for flowers. But I love how bright and cheery this looks!
2. Rope Toy Storage Basket
This looks really cool; you crochet cotton yarn and rope together to make a basket.

  5. Loved the rope and yarn basket. Too cute!

Change can be exciting and fun and stressful and scary! We just had some big changes in our home too.

Our oldest son got married last weekend and is on his honeymoon. Also, my mom can no longer live with us because she now recovers more attention and care than I can give.

So we now had two family members move out and we have two extra rooms!

It's a big change to suddenly have one son married, and it's always different to not be a caretaker for my mom anymore!

I am thankful to the Lord that we have our youngest son still at home for a little while! ;) Praying all is going well with you during this time. I know God's grace will see you through!
