The Bean is a......

GIRL!

We had our doctor's appointment yesterday with our last scan. Due to the fact that she's pretty much out of room, the Bean wasn't able to wiggle around as much; we were able to get a nice, clear picture of the obvious. We have another sweet little girl coming to us soon :-)

Well, not so little. According to her measurements, she's 19 inches long and weighs 7 1/2 pounds already! She's in position and all looks good. 

Yes, a little boy would have been nice, too, especially because we won't be having anymore, but we're still happy. The Bean is healthy, and we're thankful to God for that.

We do have a name picked out. How about a prize to the first person who guesses it? I'm not sure what prize; I'll have to think of something :-)

You get a hint:

The first initial will be A and the middle initial will be J.

I'm leaving this one open until May 16 or until the Bean arrives, whichever comes first. And as soon as I come up with a good prize, I'll let you know.
