Because I focused on my two giant Disney cross stitch charts this week, I didn't finish any minis for the Mega Mini Month Madness Challenge, but I started two:
Noel Stained Glass Window
from Kincavel Krosses
It needs the rest of the window filled in and the holly leaves added
This is from Stitch Yourself a Merry Little Christmas by Leisure Arts
It needs a line of blue stitches around the outside
and the sentiment in the middle.
I'm still debating the rest of the backstitching. It's optional, and it does make the stitches
stand out, but it's also a pain.
I should have these done by next week, and that'll make my goal of 4 minis this month.
I'm helping my friend again today at her resale store, so I'll be back later with my
Thanks for reading and looking.
Blessings :-)

I miss doing cross-stitch!Can't see those tiny stitches!
ReplyDeleteI struggle with it; I have to use really bright lights and fabric with decent size squares. Nothing too tiny and no linen.
DeleteCute designs Kate.
ReplyDeleteLinda
Thanks :-)
DeleteBoth of them look cute!! :)
ReplyDeleteThanks :-)
DeleteI don't mind backstitching on tiny projects. My eyes glaze over when I see a really big design that has lots of colors and backstitching. Good luck finishing. Tammy
ReplyDeleteI usually don't, either. It depends if I've done a lot of it recently on other projects. A lot of colors don't bother me, but a lot of backstitching does. Thanks :-)
