Photo a Day November 7 and 8: Floor and Place (My Surprise!)

With getting ready for my anniversary surprise date last night, I didn't get a chance to post yesterday's pic for the November Photo a Day Challenge.

November 7

On the Floor

My slipper socks in desperate need of a wash. I sweep and vacuum every day and still mange to pick up all manners of things (mostly animal hair) with my slippers. The color is more of a bright teal, not as washed out as it looks in the photo. The pattern can be found here.

And today's prompt lined up perfectly with my surprise :-)

November 8

Place

Tim took me to the Majestic Theater in downtown Dallas to see the play The Great Divorce, based on the the classic by C. S. Lewis. It was extraordinary! Three veteran actors played 19 roles. After the play, the director came onstage and answered questions for about 10 minutes. We really enjoyed ourselves :-)
