WIP Wednesday and 2 More Days

2 More Days

Don't forget! If you haven't entered my yarn giveaway yet, you still have two days. Post which yarn you would like and what you would do with it to my June 8th post; the winner will be announced Friday!

WIP

Working on a few of my projects this week. When I was adding the progress bars, I realized I have 6 things on the hook right now! Hi, my name is Kate, and I'm addicted to starting new crochet projects.
I'm caught up on the Granny Square-along that Blair is hosting over at Wise Craft.
Week 1 Assignment
Week 2 Assignment

Week 3 Assignment
Week 4 Assignment
I'm still working on the one square for Week 4 because there was a discrepancy in the pattern and the video; Blair should be fixing it today or tomorrow. I'm waiting to see if I'm doing it right before I go any further.
The Project Linus blanket is coming along. I've added about 6 rows in the last week.
It's almost done! Just a couple more rows of the Shaded Dusk and I'll be done. This has been my main focus because my friend's son's birthday is July 6.

Two Bits of Trivia

  3. Hi Kate.. Thanks for visiting my blog. I would like to say I am your newest follower as well. I have so many little projects going on right now. I just do a little this and a little that each day hoping to see what I finish first. My favorite yarn right now is Red Heart. I was stuck on Peaches and Cream for awhile but I am working on a ripple afghan for myself I went with the Red Heart in cream color. I might run out before it's finished so off to Wal-Mart I go! Very nice meeting you and hope to see more of your ideas to come! Shari

    1. Thanks, Shari! Welcome aboard. I'm the same way; a few rows on this one, a few stitches on that one. I love the Red Heart, too; both my grandmothers used only Red Heart in their projects. When I started crocheting, I didn't know there was anything else to use! And Walmart...where would we be without it? (probably a lot richer!)

    1. Thank you!
The progress bars are super easy. They're pictures you upload to your blog. You can choose from several different colors and different percentages; when you make progress on an item, you just change the picture.

I downloaded all the premade sets.
I'll look for them on your blog soon :-)
