Stashbuster #13: Drop in the Pond Lapghan

I don't have any WIPs to show you; I finished a few things and, although I've done about 200 stitches on my Cats cross stitch, it's been of a white cat. Trying to take a picture of a white cat on a white canvas seemed a little silly. Hopefully, I'll have something to show next week.

Here's my finished Drop in the Pond Lapghan. I love this pattern. I've seen one made to fit a queen sized bed; I'd love to make one that big.

You'll have to scroll down to see the other two items; I have to post them separately so I can link them on the Stash-Buster Link Party at Linda's Crafty Corner.

Thanks for reading!
Blessings :-)

  2. I love your blanket. Can you tell me where there might be a free pattern for it? I went through my stash and well I found some lonely yarn that it is perfect for. Reply here and I'll check back as I think my email comes through as no reply or some such and I am not machine savvy. Great graphics as always.. Thank You have a lovely day....

    1. Thanks :-) I'm not sure yet. I thought about donating it, but worried the colors would be off-putting for some. It's a good size for a baby blanket but would anyone want one made with orange and black yarn?

  6. Wow you have been so busy! Love all your blankets - they look so great photographed from above in all their glory!
Also think your floating water lily square is fabulous - so delicate and such a pretty flower in the centre!
    Keep up the great work!

  7. Thanks for the comments you have been leaving on my blog. Sorry I haven't visited before because I try to follow all crochet blogs that I find. Love the afghan. I have made one like this but find the "complicated" ones more interesting. I think it's because I am determined to not let one beat me! Stay warm and keep crocheting.

    1. I enjoy your blog :-) No worries; I know there are a lot of different blogs out there and it's hard to keep up with all of them.
Thanks :-) I should try more complicated patterns to stretch my skills, but always end up with the simple ones.
      Thanks for visiting :-)
